"A few days ago, I called to switch agents because my preferred agent only lives 10 minutes away from my home. After Nick asked me a bunch of questions to convince me to stay with them, and of course I answered them all, he said “thanks” and abruptly hung up before I could ask/say anything else. No “thanks for your service.” No “best of luck” or “have a good day.” Not to mention, I never even asked to be placed with this agent. no one should be irritated if a customer wants to switch agents.
