If you’re looking for a passive agent keep looking but if you’re looking for a agent to sit down with and understand what you’re paying for you won’t find better than Nick, Kait, and Mike!"

"A few days ago, I called to switch agents because my preferred agent only lives 10 minutes away from my home. After Nick asked me a bunch of questions to convince me to stay with them, and of course I answered them all, he said “thanks” and abruptly hung up before I could ask/say anything else. No “thanks for your service.” No “best of luck” or “have a good day.” Not to mention, I never even asked to be placed with this agent. no one should be irritated if a customer wants to switch agents. That’s just life and not to mention, part of running/owning a business. If my former agent were closer to my home, I want my new agent to be closer to my home. I’m glad I switched agents. I guess Nick is only nice to you as long as he’s able to make $$$$ off you. This is just further confirmation that I made the right decision by switching agents."

"I have been insured with Allstate since I was a teenager. The rates finally reached a point that I was not willing to pay. Once simple call to Kait at Nick Reina State Farm and she turned everything around. She cut my monthly premium in HALF. I am now saving about $90 a month! Not only that but I was able to lower my deductibles from what I had. Better coverage lower rate, can't beat that. So glad I called her. Thanks Kait!"
